Through this project, you're invited to discover a new recipe or ingredient from someone local, visit shops you may not have been to before, or share some of your own stories and recipes. If you have something you'd like to submit, we'd love to hear from you. We're also keen to capture memories and stories connected to food, especially where family or personal recipes are concerned.
