Projects
These are just some of the projects we have run and we're always interested in hearing new ideas. Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more about a project, or have an idea you'd like to share: contact@thecommunitybrain.org
Wild Tolworth is one of the UK’s most ambitious urban rewilding programmes, delivered in South West London
We've delivered several projects celebrating the heritage of Kingston, with a particular focus on social history and people’s personal connections
Much of our work incorporates the animation of public spaces, through murals, sculptures and more
We work with South Western Railways and Transport for London to explore new ways of activating train stations
A haven from the daily toils of life, the Forge offers a place where people can experience and learn basic blacksmithing skills through workshops
Feeding the local community healthy, tasty and sustainable meals, and providing classes and workshops to learn new skills
We have collaborated with a number of partners in the publication of several books; with Kingston University Press and other local publishers
With the help of local residents, we've been developing walking routes around the borough of Kingston
The Community Brain grew out of the need to share and celebrate stories.
And at the start of it all is the State of Seething.
