Seething Festival & Dumpling Celebration

Come and join the villagers of Seething and surrounding communinities to welcome in 2023 and celebrate the legend of Lefi Ganderson.

Since 2009, the Seething Festival has marked the official start of the Seething Village calendar of community-led events. The festival will feature all the usual attractions: 

• The annual street parade at 3pm  to celebrate the local legend of Lefi Ganderson: The Goat Boy of Seething; 
• Live music
• Local traders
• Food stalls 
• Charity bar

Dumpling Events

This includes opportunities to sample and buy traditional handmade dumplings from a selection of local top restaurants representing different international cuisines. 

Plus, visitors can also learn how to make dumplings, contribute their own dumpling recipes to a giant book, join dumpling-themed origami workshops and even try out dumpling wrestling!

Lantern Making Workshops

We'll also be holidng lantern making workshops ahead of our Light Procession (see Events list) on March 12.
