About the event

Come along to Kingston Museum on Saturday 4th March for a lantern-making workshop led by Kingston University's MA Architecture Students.

Upcycle and repurpose glass jars into lanterns ahead of The Community Brain's Light Procession on Sunday 12th March. 

This is a free event suitable for children 5+, but please bring your own jar to our workshop.

The students will then guide you through the steps to transform your jar into a lantern, whcih you can bring with you to our light proccession. 

All other materials will be provided.

The workshop starts at 2pm, but late arrivals are also welcome.
